How to quit smoking naturally
Smoking cessation is tough to overcome, and there are many remedies/methods out there to try. Yet not all quitting practices were created equal, and Dr Kimberly Marin has a method that does the trick. Here is a little bit about this natural way to quit smoking.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an age old practice which uses hair thin needles on certain points of the body. For smoking cessation, these needles are placed at various points in the ears and body. They remain there for about 20 minutes.
People who use acupuncture seem to do better than those who try other methods. Although it is said if you pair acupuncture and Chinese medicinal methods that smoking cessation is even more successful. How we do it
At our practice, we use acupuncture to address detoxification, withdrawal symptoms, and use a machine that “programs” cigarettes so that they become an isopathic remedy for smoking cessation.
The acupuncture hits certain points in the ear and helps in the process of cessation. This method has many studies showing its success rate.
The research behind it
A five-year study In Hong Kong showed that 5,202 smokers concluded that acupuncture was a safe, effective, and natural way to help people quit smoking. It also showed that the number of cigarettes per day had decreased and that the average time before relapses occurred, if at all was about 39 days later. That is about 14 days longer before a relapse when using the nicotine patch method to quit. Thus showing acupuncture is a more effective method.
Dr. Marin also uses detoxification patches and nutrition supplements to take off the edge and subdue cravings. Call now and commit to quit. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
